Alabama Department of Education transitioned to HireTrue as of June 1, 2024. The platform "Teach in Alabama" accessibility became inactive as of May 31, 2024. All applicants will need to read the instructions and information carefully below. 

• Hiretrue platform will supersede the previous platform "Teach in Alabama" system as of May 31, 2024.
• All job postings will exclusively feature on the new platform "HireTrue" moving forward.
• If you had a "Teach in Alabama" account,  the availability to download all files such as resumes, transcripts, and contact information for references has ended. SCS is unable to retrieve any material. 
• Job positings for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year will be available on the new site HireTrue. 
• Everyone applying for a job within SCS must apply through HireTrue. Establish an account on the new HireTrue site to apply for future positions.
